Security Block art project

Concrete blocks and jersey barriers are used around the perimeter of specials events including the Folk Festival, WinterFest, Kinetic Sculpture Race and others to provide added safety. Help us turn these not-so-attractive barriers into a positive opportunity to brighten our streetscapes.

Arcand Drive Wall Design

The concrete retaining walls line up along the sidewalk facing Arcand Drive and are highly visible to commuters and pedestrians along this entryway and to visitors during special events. Help us transform all three (3) of these bland walls into welcoming works of art!

Leo Roy garage art piece

The main entry and exit of the Roy Garage is a highly travelled space that serves as a first impression for visitors, residents and commuters with a wide floor area.  A fish sculpture was recently installed on a nearby half wall along the entry. We are looking for artists to transform the concrete floor space at the entry and create an engaging path leading into the garage!
