Leo A. Roy Municipal Parking Facility, 100 Market St.
A 997 space facility located in the heart of Lowell's Central Business District. Built in 1978, the garage is used to meet the diverse needs of downtown Lowell. This garage is currently in the midst of an expansive $3.5 million dollar restoration project set to conclude in the spring of 2017.

Lower Locks Municipal Parking Facility, 90 Warren St.
A 960 space facility located on the eastern fringe of Lowell's Central Business District. The garage, which was built in 1985, services the needs of the UMass Lowell Inn and Conference Center, Middlesex Community College, the Lowell Memorial Auditorium, Lowell District Court and the surrounding community. This garage is currently in the midst of an expansive $3 million restoration project set to conclude in the fall of 2016.

A 1,250 space facility located on the norther fringe of Lowell's Central Business District, built in 1988, this garage meets the demands of the Lowell High School, the Tsongas Center, and the refurbished Wannalancit mills, as well as providing parking for the surrounding community.
