MonsterBash is a free and family-friendly Halloween event! Trick or Treat at local businesses, experience Lowell City Hall transformed into a Haunted House, and visit the Neighborhood Haunt at JFK Plaza for free treats and to meet Lowell organizations.
Look for a pumpkin painted on the sidewalk in front of participating Trick or Treat locations.
The Haunted House, Neighborhood Haunt, and Trick or Treating will be from 12pm-3pm.*
*The line for the Haunted House at Lowell City Hall closes at 2:30PM.
Be sure to bring your own bag for your candy haul!
