Call for Art: Lowell Parking Garages

Lowell residents or practicing artists are invited to submit art for a new round of parking garage art which will be displayed in the HCID and Edward Early Parking Garages

Public Art Permit Application

In order to install public art in the City of Lowell, a public art permit is required. The application is filed through the Office of Cultural Affairs and Special Events.

Lowell Cultural Council Grants

Lowell Cultural Council grants are reimbursement-based and are open to individual artists, arts organizations, community organizations and municipal agencies.

LCC Grant applications are accepted September-October.
