MonsterBash returns on Saturday, October 26!

Get your Halloween costumes ready - MonsterBash returns on October 26 from 12-3PM!

Explore the not-too-spooky haunted house produced by Greater Lowell Kiwanis at Lowell City Hall, and trick or treat through downtown Lowell. Local organizations will be hanging out on JFK Plaza with kid's activities and candy at the Neighborhood Haunt - and don't miss hands-on science with Kosmic Kelly!

Plan ahead:

  • Bring a bag for your candy haul

  • The line for the haunted house closes at 2:30PM

Look for a pumpkin painted on the sidewalk in front of participating trick or treat locations.

Check out the trick or treat map below!

Family Quiet Spaces

The following spaces will be available to neurodivergent individuals, nursing parents, or those who need a break from the festivities.

  • Pollard Memorial Library at 401 Merrimack Street, from 12-3PM. The Library is the closest Quiet Space to Lowell City Hall.

  • City of Lowell Health Department at 107 Merrimack Street, from 1-5PM. The Health Department is the closest Quiet Space to Pumpkins and Pints, and downtown trick-or-treating.

Accessibility & Safety

The City of Lowell continues to prioritize public safety and emergency preparedness. The City is actively working within emergency management to decrease the risk of elopement or wandering children, enhancing protections for our most vulnerable residents.
