Get your Halloween costumes ready - MonsterBash & Fall Fest return on October 25 from 12:00-6:00PM.
Explore the not-too-spooky haunted house produced by the Kiwanis Club of Greater Lowell at Lowell City Hall, and trick or treat through downtown Lowell. Local organizations will be hanging out on JFK Plaza with kid's activities and candy at the Neighborhood Haunt!
After getting your candy haul and checking out the haunted house, stop by Rockland Trust parking lot on Merrimack Street for free carnival rides, food trucks, and live music.

City Hall transforms into a not-too-scary haunted house, produced by the Kiwanis Club of Greater Lowell.
NOTE: the line for the Haunted House closes at 2:45PM
Trick or Treating through Downtown Lowell
Look for a pumpkin painted on the sidewalk in front of participating trick or treat locations throughout Downtown Lowell. Make sure to bring your own bag for treats!
