Design Input: CTI Youth Build of Lowell and Refuge Art School

The Centralville Welcome Mural was installed by local artist, Quest Nine, in partnership with CTI YouthBuild of Greater Lowell, and commissioned by the Centralville Neighborhood Action Group. The mural depicts the Joseph Ouelette Memorial Bridge and representations of Centralville’s diverse population.

The installation of the Centralville Welcome mural was made possible by the City of Lowell’s Public Art grant program, funded by the American Rescue Plan Act.
