Southeast Asian Water Festival

Celebrate the cultural heritage of Southeast Asian Americans in Greater Lowell with food, vendors, dancing, music, and dragon boat races on the Merrimack River.

This series of summer concerts feature national recording artists in a beautiful outdoor setting.
And don’t miss the free fun for kids with amazing daytime programming, free books, arts and crafts, and snacks for kids and families through July and August.

Southeast Asian Water Festival
August 16 | Lowell Heritage State Park, 160 Pawtucket Boulevard
A free cultural event that attracts thousands of spectators from all over the country. Every third Saturday in August, people come to Lowell for the blessings, foods, crafts, performances and (of course) the boat races.
